Resolve issue #13, #14 and #16 Window-2-UI #13 - [x] The title of navigation item is selected country name from the window-1. - [x] In TableViewCell, the left side present image that match the weather. - [x] In TableViewCell, the right side show the name of city, temperature and chance of rain in probability. - [x] Additionally, the accessary view of TableViewCell present that it is available to navigate to next window. Window-1-Method #14 - [x] Window transit from window-2 to window-3 by selecting the TableViewCell. Model-JSONdecoding #16 - [x] To decode JSON data from the JSON data asset, define and use a struct type that can decode the shape of JSON object.
