Patient View for Submitting Personal Medical Data

Installation Steps:

Step 1: Clone the Git repository or download the zip file and extract to desired folder
Step 2: Install Node.js
Step 3: Install Hardhat
Setp 4: Got to the "PatientApp" folder and run the project with following command:
		npm start
Step 5: It will run localhost, on application screen connect to test metamask wallet
Setp 6: Add Blood Pressure readings and click on "Add Readings" button
