APE (Automated Pipeline Explorer) and Related Projects

This is a page that contains all projects related to the APE framework, such as:

  • APE library: the java implementation of the automated explorer (provided as Java API and CLI)
  • RESTful APE: RESTful API for the APE library
  • APE Web Interface: the web interface built on top of APE API
  • APE Use Cases: the data used for APE exploration in various case studies
  • APE documentation: the documentation that covers the APE library and the related projects

APE is a library available as a command line tool, Java API and RESTful API for the automated exploration of possible computational pipelines (scientific workflows) from large collections of computational tools.
