Model names with an apostrophe create an error (Windows Firefox & Chrome)

The NAV bar is missing in the associated model, so all the associated functionality is missing for that model. The model can never be deleted, nor renamed to fix the problem.

@Mletter1 also look at this. I tested adding html and an & to a model name, and neither caused a problem. I retried the apostrophe when creating a new CCA model (I'd originally seen it in the Parameter Image model, so it isn't model specific) and it created the same issue with the missing NAV bar.
