GET Model Arrayset Data breaks with large categorical filters

The URL gets too long and results in a 400 Bad request. Here's an example of a short URL, but imagine that the list of cars models gets long, as it does in the cars dataset (405 rows).

https://192.168.99.100/models/227eb9f89def44ca99523a2bc62f95d1/arraysets/data-table/data?hyperchunks=0/index%280%29|%28a0%20in%20[%22amc%20ambassador%20brougham%22,%20%22buick%20century%22,%20%22cadillac%20eldorado%22]%29/...

We should probably support POST for this request.
