Movie behavior different than images when pinning (Firefox and Chrome on Windows 7)

Videos should behave consistently with images in their pinning behavior. Images are automatically pinned if they are moved (though they maintain their size instead of shrinking). Videos are not pinned. When moved, they will still timeout and be erased. However, if the user explicitly pins a video, then it behaves the same as an image does.
