This also includes settings changes to support communicating with the GlobalSign API, knowing what we know now. It includes a new Makefile target to run those tests. It integrates that into Travis-CI. Add unit tests to Travis-CI Also, when running in dev mode, avoid double-binding to UDP socket In dev mode, Meteor runs a mirror process to run "integration" tests from that process. That interferes with our notion that there be only one listener for UDP pings.
