Obsolete/Incorrect instructions for setting up Google OAuth

I think the current instructions might apply to the "old" dev console. In the new one, here's what I had to do:

1. Visit https://console.developers.google.com/
2. Create a new project
3. Click "APIs & Auth" then "Consent Screen"
4. Fill out the form and click "Save"
5. Under "APIs & Auth" now click "Credentials", then "Create new Client ID"

This is actually a bug in Meteor -- I'm just using their login code. Care to report it against them? Or maybe send them a pull request? I hear they'll send you a t-shirt and stickers. :)

This seems to have been fixed in some recent Meteor release, or at least the instructions appeared correct last time I looked at them.
