The s2_extraction_pipeline is a client side Javascript application which serves as a front-end to S2 (a LIMS). This application guides a user along a defined laboratory process, where barcodes of laboratory equipment are scanned and tracked. The S2 Extraction Pipeline interacts with S2 through the S2 Mapper.
