Hi @g h ,

Please modify the Rest EndPoint like below:

https://{server_name}/sites/{sub_site}/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl('/sites/sub_site/Shared%20Documents')/Files  
The ServerRelativeUrl needs to prepend /sites/sitename.
