Preprocess Command store in prepare_data.sh

  1. clone labelme at your home directory (https://github.com/wkentaro/labelme)

raw dcm dataset : PSPF 20210904

run convert_jpg.ipynb to convert dcm data to jpg data

run labelme package to convert jpg data (with segment json file) into voc dataset

run segmented file to extract the ROI (tumor)
