undocumented `normalize` option #271

I had a problem when migrating from 0.4.8 to 0.5.4 with the SVG artboard width being preserved in 0.5.4.

I dug through the commits and found some lines in the 0.5.0 rounding commit,095f4337829a4e19284865f9fe50769e15e808a9, and saw the normalize option.

By setting options.normalize: true it preserved the 0.4.8 behavior of throwing away the SVG artboard width, but still preserving the height.
