This is an implementation of the Dynamic Query Expansion Algorithm for Twitter Data as explained in "Unsupervised Spatial Event Detection in Targeted Domains with Applications to Civil Unrest Modeling" by Liang Zhao et al.
Though in this project it is used for Finding themes from tweets in Colombia.
The theme is defined by the seed query.
