Support for hierarchical nets and external interfaces.
Also includes initial support for timed transitions with delays, courtesy of Malte Schilling.
This release is stable, but does not have a corresponding PIPE release, so is useful only for its runtime support for PetriNets. See PetriNetRunner and its tests for examples.
As there is no GUI support, log4j DEBUG level is on to give basic feedback during execution.
This version is being developed in the hierarchical-nets feature branch.
The jar contains all the dependencies ("uber jar").
