The splash screen of the SARL DSL product is not correct. It is the standard Eclpise image, not the SARL-specific image.

The reason is that the bundle io.sarl.eclipse-dsl4sarl is not included into the product's plugins.

Split the bundle io.sarl.eclipse into two bundles: one for the Eclips…

…e tool, one for defining the IDE application itself.

The frst new bundle contains all the Eclipse tools that are related to
SARL, but not the definition of the IDE application elements.
The second bundle contains these IDE application elements: splash
screen, welcome page, icons, etc.
