Space specification is platform-dependent

Currently, the implementation of space specification and the related space seem to be platform-dependent.

It may be helpful to create new space specifications in SARL and linking them to the platform through the injection mechanism (see #26).

Currently a Space Specification is an interface that can be implemented independently of the platform. What issues are you facing?

I misunderstood the network support in the SpaceBase class. This issue could be closed because the implementation is platform-independent since the network objects are injected from the platform.
