Should close #7 after I’m done (although not possibly fix it, I want to just create a TCP reporter and let the parent process deal with this).
The goal is to remove print functions everywhere. Only the reporters should be responsible to, well, report anything. Anything else calls
passa.reporters.reportwith an appropriate state key instead.
