Releases: AU-BCE-EE/ALFAM2-data
v2.56 Fixes to additional slurry type categories
Some observations were missing a value for the man.source
variable (but descriptive values were still present in man.source.orig
).
These are now fixed, and the level urea
has been added.
v2.55 Add missing grouping for 12 synthetic fertilizer plots
12 plots from NL within submission period 3 that received "mineral concentrate" were not grouped into a slurry source (man.source
) category.
Now they are classified as conc
.
v2.50 Correct identification of closed slot injection - 4 plots
Four plots from NL with closed slot injection had been identified as open slot in the previous and probably some earlier releases.
Corrected now.
v2.49 Corrections to column names
Includes corrections to corr.period
and some other column names.
v2.48 Submission and correction periods
The uptake
variable has been replaced with sub.period
, for submission period.
And a new variable corr.period
, for correction period, now indicates within which submission period corrections were made.
v2.45 New and corrected data from NL, FR, and DK
This version includes new measurements from multiple groups.
The largest collection was from WUR in NL, and it includes both new measurements and corrections to earlier submissions based on a different approach for describing IHF profiles (see Goedhart et al., 2019, https://doi.org/10.1111/sum.12564).
In total this version of the ALFAM2 database has results from 2613 field plots.
v2.33 Additional data
This release includes some new data from Aarhus University.
v2.23
Includes few flux chamber plots from NL, along with some additional checks during data processing. With change to data processing the pmid
and other keys (*id
) in this release should match those of the previous release (v2.22) and should be stable moving forward.
v2.22 Fix (cumulative) rain data in plot-level data
Variables rain.1, rain.24 ... rain.tot in the plot-level file were not calculated correctly for uptake 3. This problem is fixed with this new release.
v2.21 Corrections to some DTM data
Submitter revised data, submitting separate values for each plot instead of means. This update changes the pid and pmid keys for some plots.
The data files in this release are identical to those in a Zenodo dataset: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7868173.
