Downloading binding file is failed. Download link : https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v4.12.0/win32-x64-64_binding.node

It is about 20mb file, even I try to download that file in my chrome browser it failed. Here is not China, here is Korea. Perhaps link is broken?

The file 2349Kb (~2MB) rather than 20. If you're seeing a large size, my guess is that you're running on a proxy, and you downloading a large error page rather than a binding.
