- closes command line parameter to control pre/post pause #68, command line parameter to control pre/post pause
- add also a little random tip display feature
- closes #68, command line parameter to control pre/post pause - add also a little random tip display feature
- throw away handmade code for time presentation - now all is offloaded to the `humantime` crate
- relates to #68, command line parameter to control pre/post pause - adding tests for the delay parsing method
