/**
 * This class can be used for reading [Source] in TOML format
 * @property serializersModule
 */
@OptIn(ExperimentalSerializationApi::class)
public open class TomlSourceReader(
    inputConfig: TomlInputConfig = TomlInputConfig(),
    outputConfig: TomlOutputConfig = TomlOutputConfig(),
    override val serializersModule: SerializersModule = EmptySerializersModule()
) : Toml(
    inputConfig,
    outputConfig,
    serializersModule
) { }

Correctly causes KDOC_NEWLINES_BEFORE_BASIC_TAGS error. But why it is not automatically fixed from the first run?
