Statically adjusts timestamps to be in nano seconds by multiplying the timestamp by 1000000000.

A configuration option might be better suited which would flag the operation for execution.

Thanks! I was going to give that a go but you beat me to it!
The patch fixed the timestamps in the metric_* series (measurements?) but not the EVENT, HOST_STATE and SERVICE_STATE.

This may work better:

@lestercheung could you fix conflict and test for your code? It's very needed fix for working with influxdb correctly. Thanks.
