Métamorphose2 0.9.0 (beta)

New version created from forked repository. Version number reflects that reported internally (ie. Help/About). This release is most specifically targeting Ubuntu-based distributions (installable via attached deb file), though the patches may well fix issues on other distros too.

• Fixes locales error with Python 2 (prevented loading/saving configs and/or even launching the program)
• Fixes python-wxgtk issues (uses python-wxgtk3.0, found in Xenial & newer, instead of python-wxgtk2.8)
• Fixes (hopefully) issue with Bionic & newer requiring python-pil instead of deprecated python-imaging

Updated: quick fix updated source with unpatched Makefile for general building (non-Ubuntu Launchpad).
