-- Bees --

  • adjusted how Queen Lifespan is calculated. Frames will provide a very noticable, tangible difference now. If you want long-lived queens you will want to use better frames.
  • Note that you'll now see -reduced- lifespan on natural, fresh queens compared to before, due to changes in how the math works.

-- BYOS --

  • Made the starting ship the T0 racial ship again (instead of the T0 BYOS ship)
  • NOTE: The modded race BYOS patch might take a bit to update and until it does the ship will be the T0 BYOS ship with the T0 racial ship background rendered for the modded races that are supported
  • Added the broken thelusian shiplocker and tier 0 nightar ship locker so that their T0 racial ships work
  • Changed the SAIL portrait the x'i techstation to the radien one (since that's the one they actually use)
  • You can change the image of SAIL in the SAIL interface using an option in the misc section of the interface (doesn't affect radio messages or quests)

-- Misc --

  • All racial codices are now sorted by race in the Tricorder codex reader.
  • The Precursor Forge now acts as a more powerful version of both the Powder Sifter and Rock Crusher, requiring 120W.
  • Returned the liquid iron in the Sci-Fi dungeon to lava.
  • Added persistent switches to doors in the Challenge Labs. Shutting doors behind you will no longer turn off lights and deactivate traps.
  • adds a new Elder tenant
  • Elder Chef feels more elder-chefy
  • Added retexsand2 matitem and icon
  • Added it to extractors, sifters and furnaces
  • Changed itemDrop for retexsand2 material
  • Adds racial chefs for all fu races. Playable races can be specifically spawned using furniture, unplayable races can appear randomly like for villagers.
  • Added peglaci and kirhosi villager tenants (which apparently were missed) and added mantizi to the random spawn list.
  • replaced moltencore.item with a properly made moltencore.item.patch
  • renamed /interface/blank.png to /interface/fublank.png

  • Gentle Stars now generate T2 space encounters, to account for the mech changes FU makes.
  • The Fossil Station can now be researched and crafted at T1.
  • Updated the description of the second Agriculture plant node, to direct players to early sources of genes.
  • Dr. Akaggy no longer requests salvage in her second quest.
  • Added the Energy tag to the Nomad Rifle, in line with its assault rifle counterpart.
  • Ice Blocks can now be researched in the first furniture Craftsmanship node.
  • Adds merchant tenants for all playable races that were missing one, and allows random merchant tenants to spawn from all possible races
  • Added shadow merchant to npc file (was missing a pool despite having clothing set)
  • moved slime pool definition up for consistency.
  • Reduced the price of the Thornitox Sword, in line with the Thornitox guns.
  • The vanilla Platinum Blocks are now craftable, and are unlocked by the Precious Materials Craftsmanship node.
  • Clothing Fabricator visual improved significantly
  • Peglaci Research Station microdungeons can now be found on Tundra worlds
  • Tethyde can now be smelted using the processed forms of durasteel and penumbrite
  • Fixed broken rail tram wiring in some food stations, and prevented the station transponder vendor from standing on tables
  • Improved the weapons available to the Biohazard crewmate
  • Fixed a typo causing some Outlaw Mines to fail to generate
  • changed some precursor item names to avoid duplicates
  • Updated the description of the Unknown Heart
  • Doors in Precursor microdungeons requiring explosions to open are now telegraphed more clearly

  • Energy Zone will no longer allow infinite flight or phase attack stacking
  • removed blocking effects from neuropod, as it no longer applies regen effects
  • Corrected typos in the description of the Savage Bear armour set.
  • removed nonexistant recipe Contaminated Water from Chemistry tree
  • added missing Aetheric Atmosphere hazard to land-based Aether Worlds
  • Fix typo that caused ffvolcanic biome to be used instead of ffzen
  • Fix typo that caused Dark Primeval planets to use Volcanic Primeval as main biome
  • Queen Lifespan stat on Frames should now actually work
  • Added 'statue' tag to Elder statues that lack it
  • Toxic ocean microdungeons will no longer spawn with poison liquid when placed on Atropus Seas.
  • Hylotl underwater cities will no longer spawn surrounded by water on worlds with non-water oceans.
  • Fixed one of the Haunted treehouses spawning with empty space below it.
  • fixed codex.config.patch, it will no longer nullify default codex parameters (category, tooltip, etc)
  • corrected mechstats ui to use new image (/interface/fublank.png)
  • more bees in RNG quests fixes
  • added 0.1s lockout to tricorder upgrade UI in case of spazzy duping
