Version 1.0.1

WARNING: Breaks with existing baseCidr.json File!

Before version 1.0.1, the baseCidr.json File in the bucket was of the form "baseCidr-1000116.json". This obviously could cause conflicts between different cidr ranges. Therefore the new structure looks like "baseCidr-10-0-0-1-16.json".
Existing files of the old form need to be migrated to the new structure in order for new versions to work!
