For communication with MINERVA/cd2sbgnml/CellDesigner it would be helpful to be able to have a "wrong" PD diagram that would be similar to the Reduced Notation in CellDesigner: PD shapes with AF connectors. Currently, it works like that if I artificially add one process to the map so ySBGN decides it is a PD diagram and converts it to PD. Could we add a checkbox to the interface so there is no need to trick ySBGN by introducing this artificial process glyph?
