Welcome to the ySBGN wiki!
The ySBGN bidirectional converter translates metabolic pathways, developed in the yEd Graph Editor (using the GraphML format), into the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN-ML) standard format and inverse.
A brief comparison of the tools we used to edit biological diagrams in the SBGN Process Description language is available in the Editors page.
Several examples on metabolic pathways using the ySBGN are available in the Examples page.
For reporting an issue please use the Issue page. Please also be aware of limitations of the tool.
We are happy that announce that the ySBGN converter is being extended for translation of signalling pathways.
