Directory restructure for HACS compatibility

Turns out the minimum required to add this custom component to HACS was to restructure the directory.

I've added the component via HACS (which replaced the existing wiz_lights custom component) and my lights are working exactly as they were before.

I haven't updated README.md.

@sbidy any chance you can perform this restructure so we can get HACS benefits?
