Data availability

The label-free quantitative proteomics peptide intensities are in data/labelfree.xlsx table entitled peptide_intensities and as supplementary tables in the manuscript

The SMARCA4 ChIP-seq data have been deposited in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession number GSE165124. The BG4-ChIP-seq data is available in GSE107690
