The site secret is not needed to delete pages.

The question is though, should the site secret be needed to delete pages?
Please comment below - I am a little unsure on this.

Almost a year on, I'm not sure that the site's secret should be needed. The current system is that only mods are allowed to delete pages. Let me know what you think.

With moderators, the site secret should only be needed for things like updates, I think.
