When the search index is updated, it isn't saved to the specified data directory, but saved to the current directory instead. This potentially allows people to view the search index and reconstruct some of the text in a wiki without logging in.

In addition, the markdown files that are recursively created for the parent pages of a sub page are also put in the current directory. This is also a rather bothersome issue that needs sorting out.
