I think it's ok that the unidoc doesn't contain launcher. The launcher doesn't change often, and it didn't change since 0.13.

Maybe we should either host the Scaladoc ourself or use https://oss.sonatype.org/service/local/repositories/releases/archive/org/scala-sbt/launcher/1.0.2/launcher-1.0.2-javadoc.jar/!/index.html#package and move the link.
