Adds an
--out-csv <output dir>option tods2txtwhich outputs CSV for the given DataSeries input. It produces one CSV file per extent in the specified output directory. Additionally,nullvalues are correctly handled. This change preserves the existing--csvoption, which functions differently.This diff is large because it's based on upstream changes made to
dataseries/DataSeriessince October 2020. Those changes haven't made it into this fork until now. If you'd like to inspect just the new csv-related changes, I'd recommend clicking into the individual commits.
