Added reset settings for toggles and sliders. Slider graphics are still a bit buggy, known mods that do not work with this update (currently being resolved):
QueueActions
NoDustPod
HomogenyPod
DustlessPod

Also added DuplicateHeroSelection-Mod (allows for several of the same hero in singleplayer).

Update 08/04/2019: Added Partiality.zip that can copy different versions of MonoMod than the ones that Partiality itself depends on.
