Thanks @kmjones1979 🙌 actually we are trying hardhat.config.ts minimal and trying to add only mostly used chain 😅 checkout Carlos comment at #663 (comment) so reverted it at b893089

We recently merged #697 (Base sepolia) into foundry and was missing from hardhat.config so added it 0ae657a
