ScaleCube-JS 0.2.0

ScaleCube 0.2.0 will be the first version with long time support for the API
It will provide MVP for creating reactive service mesh on browser and on NodeJS

Main action items

  • Support all functionality we have right now
  • Align with scalecube and move to reactive streams approach
  • Transport and discovery build-in
  • Refactor project to be more native to JavaScript less Java style
