Related to volume rendering

  • removes obsolete volume rendering code (DirectVolume), renames DirectVolumeFullscreen to Volume
  • adds support for custom color maps
  • fixes VolumeExample to be finally useful
  • removes obsolete code from Camera

other fixes

  • bump spirvcrossj to 0.3.0
  • bump jvrpn to 1.1.0
  • native libraries are cleaned up correctly upon start
