License and copyright statement

Hi there - I am looking at packaging node-syslog for Debian (as an optional dependency of statsd), but I cannot find any copyright statement in the source.

Additionally, although I can see you're using the "Simplified BSD license" in package.json, there's no copy of the license in the source tree. This is a problem because that license requires anyone redistributing the source to include a copy of the disclaimer.

Is there any chance you could commit these things into git, at least? A new release would be even better.
