This is the play_by_play data for the 2017-2018 and 2018-19, respectively. The data was ompiled by Udam Singh Saini & Katherine Evans at eightthirtyfour.com.  

2. The main program for calculating the game-defined team efficiency frontier, i.e, figure 3 is:  (a) team_data.py - creates the productivity measure for each player (repetitive)
(b) frontier_cvopt_const.py - estimates the frontiers and risk_diff & return_diff
