A card, where the user can choose between two options (not sure yet, maybe "Yes" and "No"). On Click, add an animation to move an elephant or similar to the left / right. Make it look nice as seen in the activation card.

For quick user feedback with a nice animation.

(circles should be elephants or something similar)
