Problems with running the test/general automation tool nox on Windows:

For the time being, adapt noxfile.py to implement the workarounds suggested in the referenced issues.

Workaround found for "Builtin CLI commands like del": use cmd /c documentation PR at nox project made and merged.

Release 1.0.0 tracker automation moved this from In progress to Done Jul 29, 2019
