Socksv5 Proxy option jumps back to HTTP

To make issues more manageable, I would appreciate it if you fill out the following details as applicable:

General information

1. Android Version: 9
2. Samsung

Description of the issue

When configuring a proxy in "Server list", the TCP Socksv5 option jumps back to HTTP, but there exists a local proxy. Of course the connection doesn't work. This happens after trying to connect, when I check the settings it's at HTTP again. So I guess the connection doesn't work because it tries the HTTP preset regardless I picked Socksv5.

EDIT: I try to tunnel my OpenVPN Connection through an 443 SSH Tunnel because of Port blocking. It works on my Laptop.
