X reviewers added to -> contributed to

I think I explicitly word it that way to indicate that someone not appearing on that list can still be a contributor. The people on the list are just ones that added with code or reviews. But thinking about it "added" doesn't make more sense in that regard than "contributed". Happy to change it.
