Fixing and updating data/pdgID_to_latex.txt

Hi @henryiii, I was browsing through the package and noticed issues with the text file giving the LaTeX names of particles. This is a first stab at correcting things - more will be added.

One important question: why is it that I see

pdgid,particle,antiparticle
3122,\Lambda,\Lambda
…
4122,\Lambda_c^{+},\Lambda_c^{-}

rather than

pdgid,particle,antiparticle
3122,\Lambda,\bar{\Lambda}
...
4122,\Lambda_c^{+},\bar{\Lambda}_c^{-}

? There is no automatic way to make the conversion particleName -> antiParticleName given that some require a bar and others don't for example. Seems this was overlooked, right?
