Description

Over on napari/napari#2051, @tlambert03 implemented PR vs periodic and pre-release comprehensive tests, with issue auto-creation when the periodic tests fail. I think this is a pretty awesome solution (PRs should not fail checks when pre-releases break stuff), and we should consider adopting it.
