Let travis-ci.org test the image for you. Someone has to log into travis-ci.org to activate the build for this repository.

can you switch this to go 1.6 and squash the commits?

Add configuration for travis-ci.org build. The Travis configuration will:
* make sure that docker is available
* use go 1.6
* install S2I
* run make test

@danmcp not sure who has the authority to travis enable a repo but it doesn't appear to be me, can you do it?
