A web program to build theme files for nintendo wii. The user will choose a theme from dropdown list, next choose wii system menu version, and last choose wii region. The site will then build the theme and offer user a link to download new theme file. The user will have 3 minutes to download the file. The server will then delete all files and the session folder. The server also servers files to the Wii app Wii Theme Manager (un-Released).
