Description
Now a user can upload as well as change the profile picture.
I integrated the previous
Change Profile Picturefunctionality present at '/profile' into edit profile section at '/user-dashboard/profile' i.e. moved the code. Now it's working fine, see in the video...Related Issue

Motivation and Context
A user can should be able to set a photo of his choice in profile picture.
