Where is the build source code of http://box.scotch.io/ ? I would like contribute.

I think the goal is to keep this as stripped and naked as possible. You can provision additional features with tools like CHEF. If there's a specific feature you want, can open a separate issue and we can discuss if adding it to the box is appropriate. Thanks!

by the terms of the GPL a request like this, when a binary is distributed, requires source be provided

Scotch Box is based 100% on GPL ?
