Hardcoded database - 'loggit.sqlite' #6

I can't see the logs of runs because the Sqlite endpoint only supports one DB, so I've had to manually change it.

(I'd prefer if there were multiple exposed sqlite files, personally)

We now have a dedicated loggit.database item in scraperwiki.json.
And proper text in the RSS output.
